Hello everyone, I just made a mistake. I deleted the zfs mirror pool on omv. It was not destroyed but deleted. Now I cannot import the pool, nor can I get any pool information through the "zpool list" command, the result is "no pools available", So is there any way I can restore this pool? The pool name is "hc550mirror", Thank you!
Can I restore my zfs pool after deletion?

if destroyed , -D can import it: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19…819-5461/gcfhw/index.html

Thank you for your answer,
In fact, I tried it a few hours ago, and I tried it again just now:
zpool import -D
No pool available for import
zpool import -f hc550mirror
Cannot import'hc550mirror': no such pool
zpool import -d /dev/sda1 hc550mirror
Unable to import "hc550mirror": no pool available

sorry to see that, probably your pool is gone, wait a bit an answer of other power user, but i do not imagine how to recover if not available.

When I enter the pe system, I can see that the hard disk contains a 16TB zfs partition and a small 8M partition. I believe that the data has not been erased or overwritten. Is there a way to retrieve the data like restoring the partition table?

I have been scanning with these software since yesterday.
Because the hard drive has not been overwritten, I am confident that it can be restored.
I will feedback if there is progress.
Thank you again!

There is no doubt that this is a relatively heavy lesson. The entire recovery process took five days. In the past few days, I have also thought clearly about the importance of separate backups of multiple hard drives, as well as zfs. Do not delete the pool casually, it will prevent your pool from being imported again. If you don't want to lose your data, you should export the pool. The cost of recovery is not cheap, and it will delay a lot of time.
I hope these experiences can give more enlightenment to the latecomers. Anyway, I recovered the precious data. This is very exciting. Thank you again for your help and the list of recovery software you collected
