Network UPS Tools (NUT), there is configuration for the `nut' plugin, but the plugin isn't loaded. Please check your configuration. collectd.service error.

    Hi!


    Recently upgraded to OMV6, and now I cannot get the NUT-plugin to work.


    Tried running:

    Code
    sudo /usr/bin/salt-call --local saltutil.clear_cache
sudo omv-salt stage run prepare
sudo omv-salt deploy run collectd monit

    But it will fail with the following error for the collectd.service:

    The file states "Error: Parsing the config file failed!", could this be the issue? What config file is this?


    I can see the NUT-service is running just fine:

    Found a very similar issue here for the collectd.service, but it should have been fixed!


    Any ideas?

    Hmm, seems to be something more wrong here!


    Tried installing another plugin: openmediavault-compose 6.1


    And it puked at me with:

    Code
    Invalid RPC response. Please check the syslog for more information.

    So, I tried restarting the service:

    Seems something did not go right during the upgrade, or?

    That is just the omv-engined restarting. This happens with all newly installed plugins.

    Yeah, see it running now!


    Tried re-installing "openmediavault-nut 6.0.1-1", and the install worked fine this time also.


    Then I re-configured it, and now it seems like it is working, no more errors from collectd.service. Will let it run for a day or so, to see if any errors show up.

    It should. The reinstall probably overwrote an old config file fixing the issue.
