Not sure if you have noticed but there are only a couple of people who know how the deep inner workings work. Your goals here are time consuming on our parts. omv-confdbadm is not the right way to do this. If you must do this, use omv-rpc.
omv-rpc -u admin 'filesystemmgmt' 'setMountPoint' '{ "id": "/dev/sdb1", "usagewarnthreshold": 85, "comment": "" }' ??

What about the following modules that are also dirty:
Add those to the list then. Someone else will have to help with this now. I have other things I want to use my free time on.

Use omv-salt stage run deploy to deploy all existing modules. But keep in mind that this might take some time. It is better to deploy only the dirty modules.
