I installed an OMV 7.0.5-1 (Sandworm) for sharing files via SAMBA. I have an LDAP directory running under Univention Corportate Server and the connection between OMV and UCS works:
I can see the users and groups of my LDAP under OMV, I can connect with an LDAP account on the machine using SSH and I finally see the groups with the getent passwd command.
