there are warnings when apt updates and errors when apt upgrades

I just installed omv 7.0-32, then I did an apt update and found a warning Target Sources (main/source/Sources) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt /sources.list:7 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault-os-security.list:2. After that I did an apt upgrade and everything went wrong.

I have been trying to fix it for about 1 month, from trying all the solutions on the internet and reinstalling the omv, but it still can't be fixed.
