UPS Statistics no longer working after upgrade

  • - Diagnostics/Services/UPS (service status shows red) - Charge, Load, Temperature and Voltage graphics no longer work
    - UPS in Overview shows it not running.
    - UPS service is working and reporting up/down status via email
    - upsc displays correct info about ups
    - bc is latest version

    reloading graphic shows following error
    Error
    #4000:
    exception 'OMVException' with message 'Failed to execute command
    'omv-mkgraph 2>&1': ERROR: No DS called 'value' in

  • from the diagnostics, services screen.
    The Variables tab correctly works and displays correct info, but the charge, load, temprature and voltage fail with the same message but different file names obviously.

    Also, my desktop runs as a nut slave and correctly works. so the nut engine is all good.
    contrary to my earlier post, the service overview screen correctly shows UPS service as enabled and blue after i restarted the nut-server and nut-client services

    Please execute the following command

    Code
    # dpkg -l | grep nut

    Maybe this will fix your issue:

    @rowie

    Code
    rm -f /var/lib/rrdcached/db/localhost/nut-RS500/*.rrd
    service rrdcached restart
    rrdtool info /var/lib/rrdcached/db/localhost/nut-RS500/percent-charge.rrd

    @gwaitsi

    Code
    rm -f /var/lib/rrdcached/db/localhost/nut-eapeups/*.rrd
    service rrdcached restart
    rrdtool info /var/lib/rrdcached/db//localhost/nut-eapeups/percent-charge.rrd
  • i'm afraid i already tried that from another post, but it doesn't work.

    The file looks now much better. The required 'ds[value].xxx' fields are now available.
