That worked thx.
I forgot that I have already installed the plugin.
But still don't know what caused the problem

Show the complete output
drwx--S--- 4 99 users 4096 nov 24 16:50 'Myfolder'
But is it the same user (the only one) as usual. And inaccessible folder are random. And everything was working few weeks ago.
ls -l command on disk directly shows the following permissions: drwx--S---
Hi everyone, and happy new year.
Today I tried to open some folders on my NAS drive (SMB share on GUI Ubuntu) and I get Permission denied, then they disappear from folder structure.
ls command in terminal is showing them in red color. But when i try to reach them, I get: cannot access 'my folder' permission denied
The same happens with random folders on the same drive.
Edit: This only happens to my smb shared folders.
yes, configure BIOS to boot from apropiate boot disk, and must boot, after that you need to run omv-firstaid from shell to configure new NIC.
So I ran into first problem that my bios does not recognise omv disk as bootable. I think the problem is that omv boot disk was created in legacy boot but new MB only supports UEFI. Any Idea how to solve that?
Thanks for a reply. So i will try as you mentioned when I get all the components.
Hi, my first post here, so please be patient with me.
I have built OMV installation on old computer to test OMV. The only new hardware was boot disk (SSD) and shared disk (HDD 4TB)
Unfortunately my system didn't hold for long and stopped working. MB or RAM or PSU issues. I was having troubles before but have somehow managed to set it up and it worked for a few weeks.
So I am building new system with lower power optimisation,...
I want to know if it is possible to just migrate both disks to new system power up and start working?
Unfortunately my clonezilla backup is also on the shared drive.
