    Are you just trying to get plugin type services to work? Have you tried using samba on those shared folders to see if you can see the content?

    They are not synchronized, it seems that apticron is more immediate than the GUI. The GUI updates once a day, the schedule depends on your time zone.

    I think that one possible solution is to have a clonezilla image of your system (maybe run one every 2 or 3 months) and then the regular timeshift snapshots.
    For bare metal recovery you can first use clonezilla to restore the image and then use the latest…

    How did you achieve this? I have N100 prime and I can boot OMV from usb, and have installed debian onto HDD...but always goes back to BIOS Aptio Setup. Secure boot is greyed out in bios settings, so not sure what to do here - can't boot from HDD.

    OMV on a USB stick will be fine, lots do this. But run the Flash Memory plugin.

    I do not recommend placing docker files in a mergerfs pool.
