Well, there is no Plex, just NextCloud that might use up space… and the data-dir for NC is placed on a external drive.

For this reason is recomended to have docker folder on data disk ( more space & do not block O.S.)

Another thing is that the cron shell environment is limited and not equal to your normal user shell where the scan seem to work. The final solution would be to find out what is missing in the reduced cron shell environment.
