autoshutdown on debian 9

Hello
I use omv 2 in my Server for a longer Time
Also i use a Tv Server (debian) , on which is tvheadend running

The systems should run separately
Now i switched on omv 3 - perfect !
The tvheadend Server is updatet in debian 9

Now i have a Problem

On debian 7 The autoshutdown script run also on tvheadend Server .

On debian9 with systemd it isnt Running

So what i do is:

Server with an fix ip

Autoshutdown deb file 3.1.4 unboxing and copy on The Server like The Directory structure
apt install pm-util fping sysstat net-tools (for ifconfig)
configfile autoshutdown.conf edit
autoshutdown.sh edit file (NIC-Name: eth3)
systemctl enable sysstat
systemctl start sysstat
systemctl enable autoshutdown.service
systemctl start autoshutdown.service
reboot

Systemctl status Shows both are Running and active

After The First run The ip will be ignored
The System ends with pm-suspend

After wake up The system is at First Start
Is Waiting 5 Minuten and shutdown

the monitoring of the ip will be ignored !??

Is there any mistake?

I just want to run autoshutdown on debian 9

I have already tried autoshutdown on debian 8 to install ....somewhere I make a mistake

systemd is not my friend
