I'm able to write in my pool and in my subfolder too or create new folder. But I'm unable to rename old/excisting folder or files in them. This confuse me and that this behavior harm only 3 of 6 old folder.
Maybe I should copy all files/folder onto an usb drive, delete all of it on the server with cli and then copy it back onto the server.

Mmmmm....that's very strange after chmod & chown recursively on the folder. Maybe they inherit a sticky bit on those files?
do an ls at the folder and check for a t or T at the end of the permission display

Neither t nor T are at the end of the permission.
Edit: I tested to copy one folder to an external drive, deleted zhe old one over cli and copied it back. It works and avoids the strange issue and its troubleshooting. Not the fastest way to solve it but at least one way.
