Sounds like the same fix.
But my (lamen) interpretation said to go to network settings in OMV web GUI and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8
Now updating as we speak.

Hello,
I would like to ask you if anyone can help me with my problems. I am entirely new the field, so please patience.
My set-up is
Odroid HC-2
SanDisk Micro SDHC Ultra UHS-1 32gb
Seageate IronWolf 4T
I used the image from:
https://sourceforge.net/projec…ngle%20Board%20Computers/
1. My system is ruggning, logging OK
2. I changed admin password
3. setted DNS to 8.8.8.8 (I found that blank DNS mess anothers users) and DHCP in interfaces
4. Update management -> update ERROR_01 (I did catche the text, but i saved older withoud DNS setup, I am guessing that is same message.)
Error_01.txt
5. I clicked to "Upgrade" and get this:
Error_02.txt
Error_02_Details.txt
I have no clue what to do, I found out that it could be because of DHCP? or DNS? I already tried stuff manually over Putty. For instance:
Try apt-get clean all. Then apt-get update then apt-get dist-upgrade.
but i get sort of Error message aswell.
Does any one know what can I try? I want to make my own NAS + Nextcloud
Thanks a lot in advance
Error_01.txt
These are just warnings. If you remove the backports line from /etc/apt/sources.list, it will make it go away.
Error_02.txt
OMV automatically downloads (but doesn't install) updates. You have to wait until this is done.
Many thanks, for help. I find your lines in another thread to solve the Warnings problem. For others:
In Putty as root:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
delete the lines
ctrl-o to save, ctrl-x to exit
apt-get update
Now I am facing another problem with installing plugins, I always getting error when I am installing docker plugin.I did1. apt clean2. Uninstal OMV-Extras3. dowload new *.deb file4. but getting same error:
Even for "shellinabox" same problem. After Docker instalation I am also recieving this:Sorry for the newbie question, I am doing my max in terms of searching in already solved. Thanks in advance!
I did reboot and suddenly it is get working.
Thanks!
FYI sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list you don't need sudo when you are root.
