502 bad gateway

  • Still not working after removing fpm and pam, installing pam from OMV repo then installing fpm from raspbian repo, not going to pursue this any further since you already have images.

  • hi,

I have upgraded my Raspberry Pi today running OMW 2.x and there was a new php5-fpm package available, after that I got the NGingx error mentioned in the thread.

using the old mention pam module fixes the error again

    Zitat

    root@raspberrypi:~# dpkg -i php5-pam_1.0.3-2_armhf.deb

    any idea or help

I don't know why the update shows up. They are the same version but the version you manually installed is compiled for the RPi processor. All I can suggest is to not install it.

  • hi,

    this is still not fixed!
why? is there any way to freeze the package not getting updated every time?

    • Offizieller Beitrag

Chill out dude. You act like this is a major problem. We can't change the package in the core OMV repo. You should always be selective with your upgrades and not just blindly install them all.

That said, I don't know why it keeps wanting to upgrade the same package with the same version. It shouldn't and it doesn't on my test systems. What is the output of:
    apt-cache policy php5-pam

According to that output, the candidate and installed versions are the same. An upgrade shouldn't show up. No idea why it is still in updates.

    2 the one with 512 mb....guess thats version 2

That is an RPi1. The RPi2 has 1gb ram and the usb ports are flush with the ethernet port.

The RPi1 is not a true armhf device and that is why it has a problem with the php5-pam package. It is also slow. That is why I don't support the RPi1 in later images.

No. You can stay on OMV 2 and try to keep it working.

is there any change to get it to run with 3.x?

I'm not even going to try. The RPi1 needs things compiled and it takes forever. Everything is so slow. OMV 3.x would probably be even slower on it. The RPi1 is just too low powered.
