Something is not working. The recovering phase has been stuck at 3% for 12 hours!
A seperate disk will be enough depending on your needs. Google 3-2-1 backup.
OK, I'm moving towards this setup

Is that after executing this -> mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --add /dev/sdc
Yes after that command. Should I do it again?
Yes after that command
There was an assumption you hadn't done that, is it still stuck at 3%
So shall I try the command mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --add /dev/sdc again?
So shall I try the command
No, if it's still stuck at 3% then there is a hardware issue, that's why I asked if was still stuck
Yes, it is still stuck at 3%!
Would a reboot help?
Would a reboot help
No, as during the boot process the array would run a check, ssh in as root and try mdadm --stop /dev/md0 and post the output
The raid is again missing but the command is not returning any messages!
Wait for it tto retun and post in code boxes, not screenshots.
OK... sorry, still no results
I finally had to switch off the computer without receiving any messages.
Now the Raid is in the "Missing" state.

post the output of cat /proc/mdstat
root@NAS:~# cat /proc/mdstat

According to that it's still recovering and for whatever reason it's going to take a long time.
What's your hardware setup
Ok, but it is still stuck at 3.3% as it was day ago!
Hardware setup is:
Intel Pentium G2030 3.0GHz
Ram 8GB
1 Hd 100gb for S.O.
7 Hd to form the Raid
7 Hd to form the Raid
?? 6 surely, but what are they all connected too
4 hds connected to the motherboard's sata ports and 4 hds connected to the PCI Express Card, SATA 3.0 expansion (I forgot it, sorry)
There's an issue with the hardware somewhere, due to the time it's going to take for that to rebuild, could be power related, the sata cable/s, one or more of the ports, could even be the drive
try this echo repair > /sys/block/md0/md/sync_action then check to see if the rebuild has restarted
The command returns:
-bash: echo: write error: Device or resource busy
