How to access or remount previous HD

As a newbie please help.

I have HD with share folders and files inside. This was use as a share folder on OMV5. I change OMV5 to OMV6 fresh installation.

- How i can remount my old share folder to new OMV6. I don't want to wipe because there is important files on it.

Plug the disk,

mount the file system,

create shared folders with path to the existing directories,

create shares for these shared folders.
