I'm trying to turn my raspberry pi into a media server and home nas, so I've been following this guide https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-openmediavault/
I've set everything up but every time I try to apply changes it gets an error message...It also says that SMB is enabled but not running. Probably due to the error msg. How do I fix this?
I've looked in "/etc/monit/conf.d/openmediavault-filesystem.conf" and "/etc/openmediavault/config.xml" for any duplicate references to the shared folder's location and if there were any different paths pointing to nothing but everything seems to look on the up and up.
Edit: I got it working but I can only access it via my Macbook and iPhone but not in the Network tab in File Explorer. I'm trying to create 4 shared folders but the second drive I connected is having an issue when mounting. When I mount in OMV it gives me an error, but I check my ssh session and it says it's mounted. This is my screen now: https://imgur.com/XiGOqgr. If I click undo the drive is still mounted but I can't see it under File Systems and it doesn't show up when I look to mount new ones. If I unmount it via ssh I'm able to see it when selecting a new File System to mount. OMV is not confirming the changes and I get the same error.
