write systemrescue iso to another usb stick and boot from it. You can run fsck from that.
So once I boot the server into this what do I need to do? Just run the same command?

Yep
is that touch /forcefsck or the previous command
fsck.ext4 -f /dev/sde1
So let it run and got to here
Do I clear flag
I would
I’m saying yes to all. There are loads but don’t know if I’m gonna muck things up if I say yes to everything
It’s back to root now what’s next
I would try mounting it
mount /dev/sde1 /mnt
ls /mnt
if it looks ok, reboot into OMV
Looks ok
good
just reboot into the OMV on the server not on the USB?
Also if this works and the server runs again what other checks or changes wud u advice?

no idea wat a kernel is my friend
I would update. I update all the time. I find updating more often to have less updates at a time works better.
Go to Storage -> Smart -> Scheduled Tasks and create a job for the OS disk. Then manually run it.

Typically the newest kernel is.
Nothing is showing in the select device field nothing in the drop down list
Wat sud I put in the other fields never done this before?
