yesterday i upgrade a disk from 2tb to 4tb
copy all the data then changed the shares take the old drive offline reboot the system
all is working perfect.
but now i can't take BTRFS snapshots anymore
snapshot icon is greyed out
please advice

This is not possible because old shared folders are simple directories whereas the new ones are Btrfs subvolumes. To create snaphots the shared folder must be a Btrfs subvolume.
