Shared Folder Permissions with Samba?

Hi I'm currently having trouble deleting files when browsing my samba network folder using windows 11 files app.

I'm afraid that I've tweaked too much with the shared folder settings and am unsure if this is a shared folder permissions issue or something with samba.

I just want to have read/write access for both folders. Please see screenshots below. I currently cannot import in sonarr/radarr nor can I delete files in my samba shares nor download with qbittorrent. Seems like writing isn't allowed but reading is?
