Can't I just delete it here and create a new folder?
Before removing a shared folder you must remove the services that point to that share, in this case samba. Then the GUI will let you remove it.

Can I also delete Docker in the Service -> SMB -> Shares, without any problem?

Yes, the samba service is independent of the shared folder, you can remove it and it won't affect the folder.
The only restriction is the OMV GUI, as I told you before it doesn't allow you to delete a folder if there is a service pointing to that folder. In case it ever happens to you, the same thing happens with file systems. If you have shared folders it won't let you unmount the file systems either, you have to go in the reverse order of how you created it.
Ok, thank you very, very much... And for your patience!!!

You are welcome.

I forgot to tell you one more thing. Shared folders deleted from the GUI are never actually deleted on disk (for security). In this case it does not affect you, except for cleaning since it does not take up space. If you really want to delete that folder you have to do it in CLI after the operation in GUI.
Oh ok, could you tell me how I can do that in Terminal? With exact the commandline pointed out? I want to keep it clean as much as possible.

I could do it. But since I appreciate you and I want the best for you, I think it's better that you learn, so I prefer to provide you with the means
Too easy.
Just out of curiosity I tried to find references to what happened in this thread. I have not found anything similar to the solution, however I have found similar relatively recent threads whithout solving Linux Mint.
I'm tempted to go into one of them and tell the OP to try a lowercase share and no spaces. https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=382661

You're damn right! I want to learn it! And it was very, very simple, indeed! Thanks again!

Well, the problem exists for a while, I understand of that forum, and noone found a solution. Till you came along with an idea Just try a lowercase 'name'. Tadaa, and it works Yeah, you should definitely tell them!
Yeah, you should definitely tell them!
I tried. I registered and when I wanted to post in that thread it appeared as blocked. I'm not going to open a new thread in a forum for an operating system I don't use. This should be done by someone who at least uses Linux Mint.
Next problem
I attached a second SSD to my Pi-NAS. I created a folder 'movies', set permissions, added the folder for SMB... But I can't add or create any files or folders to it. I did exactly the same as the music folder. I also tried to do the same on the already existed drive, exactly the same... Can't add or create a file/folder in it. Permission denied, I get
Are you still using a Linux Mint client?
Yes, I do.
I would try another client just to find out if the problem is still Linux Mint or to rule out that problem.
