Hi people.
Due to multiple power outages I have had, the OMV installation has been corrupted, and I don't even receive the grub. 
I decided to install OMV on another SSD and try to rescue some configurations from the old installation.
Will this be possible, what files should I replace in the new installation?

Recovering an old configuration onto a new install can not be accomplished solely by copying some number of files into the new instance.
Sounds like you have been running OMV without a verified to be recoverable backup. If so, you got your wakeup call. And if so, you should do something about it.
