chente I'm trying to understand this correctly
My Shared Folder for the Compose Plugin (only have this one. I don't have neither DATA nor BACKUP folder configured)
/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-7e674a01-d0b4-40c6-a27e-3aa187bc9ad7/compose-ymls
And the permissions are:
Code
USER@HOST:~ $ ls -al /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-7e674a01-d0b4-40c6-a27e-3aa187bc9ad7/compose-ymls
total 20
drwxr-sr-x 1 root users 134 Mar 13 13:29 .
drwxr-sr-x 1 root users 70 Feb 23 2023 ..
drwx------ 1 root root 52 Mar 20 15:30 duplicati
-rw------- 1 root root 1 Jul 15 2023 global.env
drwx------ 1 root root 48 Mar 20 15:29 heimdall
drwx------ 1 root root 48 Mar 20 15:31 jellyfin
drwx------ 1 root root 52 Mar 28 07:06 nextcloud
drwx------ 1 root root 60 Mar 27 15:01 qbittorrent
Checking the permissions inside those folders:
Code
USER@HOST:~ $ ls -al /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-7e674a01-d0b4-40c6-a27e-3aa187bc9ad7/compose-ymls/duplicati/
ls: cannot open directory '/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-7e674a01-d0b4-40c6-a27e-3aa187bc9ad7/compose-ymls/duplicati/': Permission denied
USER@HOST:~ $ sudo ls -al /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-7e674a01-d0b4-40c6-a27e-3aa187bc9ad7/compose-ymls/duplicati/
[sudo] password for USER:
total 8
drwx------ 1 root root 52 Mar 20 15:30 .
drwxr-sr-x 1 root users 134 Mar 13 13:29 ..
-rw------- 1 root root 208 Aug 8 2023 duplicati.env
-rw------- 1 root root 936 Mar 20 15:30 duplicati.yml
Following your thought above, if I used a ./config PATH on the YML for duplicati (for eg.), on the above example, a config folder would be created next to duplicati.env && duplicati.yml but with ownership PUID:PGID that is on the YML.
Is it how it works?
