Doesn't work. Don't use it. Disable it or get a block list from another source.
The setting is in transmission settings in omv Webui
If you want to know the reason why the error started popping up now is because I fixed an error where I called the update function incorrectly 
Just search for transmission blocklist in the search engine of your choice and see if you can find a working blocklist. I think http://update.transmissionbt.com/level1.gz used to be a working blocklist. But it more or less has stayed in the plugin as a guidance for how the entry should look.
Thanks, I've found a bug I've introduced Need to fix it, but next update should resolve it.
I've choosen a blocklist from here: https://www.iblocklist.com/lists.php so you could do that if you'd like in the meantime.
