nginx (websites) user (what user does the webserver use)

Hi All
When using the nginx (websites) plugin I can tell which user my php pool uses (it's definable in the plugin) but, which user is the webserver running as, from experiment I don't think it is www-data but is a member of the users group.

If anyone knows I'd be thankful for help with this...

That's twice, thanks subzero.
nginx is running as www-data it seems to work fine now (setting 770 on file me:www-data) must have been mistaken earlier.
