Web UI not loading

Suddenly I can't reach my OMV box with the browser when using https. If I use http, all I get is a folder view showing file index.nginx-debian.html. And when I click on that I get a "Welcome to nginx on Debian!" page.

I didn't apply any updates myself so not sure how it broke. Also, a reboot did not help. Any way I can recover from that?

I believe I am running the latest version OMV4.

try omv-firstaid from CLI to reconfigure the WebGUI and clear your browser cache.
