    I suggest headphones.

There is a headphones plugin in our github repo but it needs a little more work.

what's about a tvheadend plugin? You can use it for share a DVB-T or DVB-S card to xbmc, plex or other...

It could happen for Wheezy since there's a repository for it there. None of us is really interested in having to build every package ourselves to be up to date :)

I want a Handbrake plugin as well. I use it on Windows all the time :) I used Handbrake on my server years ago when it ran Ubuntu. A plugin shouldn't be a problem at all. It could have options for ffmpeg and mplayer as well.

  • Hello,
I use openmediavault from 2 year and is the best s.o. for my server.
I installed mldonkey and pyload from terminal(ssh), evrything is good.
Is possible to made a plugin for mldonkey?
The setting page is only use for start service, stop service and auto start on boot. The other setting is made from mldonkey webpage. If possible a second setting page with possibility modify the file downloads.ini with a text editor.

I need to boot a program when start the s.o.
In cron setting is not possible to start when boot.
    How i can do?

Thanks a lot to evryone :!:

  • You need an init script for that which has to placed inside /etc/init.d/ and activate via 'update-rc.d defaults nameofscript'.

  • Personally I do not like to add things under init.d

This way I start pyload at every boot/reboot for example: (Add entries below the last # line)

    Code
    crontab -e
    @reboot python /root/pyload-0.4.9.9-dev/pyload.py --daemon

Interesting... What is your reason for doing it that way?

  • Erm, why do you not like adding things under init.d? As long as its a valid init.script it with valid LSB tags it won't hurt. Then you can also restart services with "service nameofserver restart" etc.

  • Thanks, but where is the file (for line crontab)?
I prefer add line in crontab and not touch init.d.
Is possibile to add the reboot option in crontab in omv webpage?

    Thanks for answer me
