My cron jobs auto sleep and wake are working on the weekdays, but not on the weekend.
Somehow my weekday cron job is taking over my weekend cron job.
The only way I make the weekend cron job to work is to turn off my weekday schedule.
Is there a way to fix this?
You have to make one job per day. The current web framework doesn't allow ranges.

How come my weekdays rtcwake (in range) is working though?
The weekdays have all week covered for what I read. 0 23 * * *

My computer lately not auto shutdown by rtcwake. It been working for the last few months.
Now, it wouldn't shutdown on the schedule, therefore, I have to manually executed it in OMV web gui.
However, if I did that, then it auto wake up the next day.
Should I use crontab -e or something?

I didn't see the wake up feature. Though you were just shutting down.
Adjust the timer to your current time and check the syslog, the cron execution should be there.
The jobs and times are located /etc/cron.d/openmediavault-userdefined
I double check the syslog.

My OMV timezone is correct, but my BIOS isn't.
I assumed rtcwake using the BIOS time.
I would assume it doesn't matter. Since the task is executed at cron time with system time with a wake delay in seconds to the bios clock. Have you looked at the syslog?
You're also hibernating, could it be that swap is not big enough to hold the current memory state
I'm not hibernating, I shutdown and save it to disk.
Where do I check the swap size at?

Is the same, suspend to disk, hibernate, S4, etc.
I am still waiting for the log when the cron gets executed by you or the system. You said the system doesn't go down.
with free -m you can check the swap size
Not sure what the cause, but the rtcwake is working fine now for the last two days.
