Add and NTFS HDD?

  • Hi guys,
I have a full HDD on my pc and I want to move it into my NAS.
The problem is: it's in NTFS :(
Can OMV 3 read it? It's a problem if it's in NTFS? Eventually I was thinking about insert it into my NAS->move everything into my RAID1->delete the NTFS partition and create a new EXT4-> move everything back.

  • There shouldn't be any problem reading NTFS on OMV. However, in my experience the write performance is not good.

RAID - Its ability to disappoint is inversely proportional to the user's understanding of it.

I don't really care about write performance, I will nearly only read on this hard disk.
What is worring me is the possibility of some bug that can create problems,
