rsnapshot error (after last update of the plugin?)

    • Official Post

When trying to edit the seetings of a rsnapshot job, I get the following error

    Code
srcsharedfolderref: The value '' is not an UUIDv4.

The last job also send an error mail.

    Code
rsnapshot encountered an error! The program was invoked with these options:
    /usr/bin/rsnapshot -c \
        /var/lib/openmediavault/rsnapshot.d/rsnapshot-cb44f507-f8c4-4366-8031-11a5dafb75ab.conf \
        weekly
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: Lockfile /var/run/rsnapshot-cb44f507-f8c4-4366-8031-11a5dafb75ab.pid exists and so does its process, can not continue

When I tried to re-enter the settings in the job, I get the same error message with UUIDv4.

And idea how to solve this?

Edit: just noticed, that the last job completed successfully. But I am still not able to edit the job in the GUI of OMV.

    Thanks!!!

But I am still not able to edit the job in the GUI of OMV.

That is broken and I haven't had a chance to fix it.

Can you confirm it is just omv gui issue ?

Yep. It has nothing to do with adding a new job. Just editing an existing job. If you need to edit a job, delete it and recreate it until I have a chance to fix.
