is it possible to install proxmox on the opemneduavault 5 system?
When i trie this i get errors at the end of the installtion. i installed it from https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/I…oxmox_VE_on_Debian_Buster

nope. They conflicting dependencies. Plus, the two web interfaces would fight over control of quite a few config files.

If you convert them with qemu-img, you can.

what's about my raid I had in omv? Can I still use this?
Use it where? You can use raid on proxmox and make a virtual disk for omv. Or you can passthrough the array into the VM.

When you passthrough drives to the guest, the guest sees the drives just like the host does. So, the array should just assemble. I used to run my systems like this on Proxmox and ESXi.
