Does ssh give any error messages?
How did you run rsync?
Do you have keyboard / monitor to log in?
If you are a bit more verbose in your problem description, you get better help.

Typical symptoms of either a full root drive or blocked out from fail2ban.

Check if the user have permission to SSH

check GROUP > SSH

Probably screwed up his paths on rsync
SSH says access denied it wont let me past the password
My guess is that the root drive is full/rsync path probably screwed up.
If I use a keyboard and monitor off the NAS itself, when it boots it gets to the login screen and says it exceeded 2 seconds. Then gives me a bunch of numbers but wont allow for a login. I tried a USB OS not much luck there either.
looks like i bricked it.
Ok using putty I did manage to log into SSH
I'm not great with command line stuff
what do I do?

Start here and find where the failed rsync ended up and delete it.
Be sure of what you delete.

I think I have found the file "195G ./\CODA4582\diska1\Nas Backup"
This file was suppose to go to a portable drive on my network but didn't (Rsync problem)
Whats the best way to deal with this just delete it?
root@Nas:~# cd /

I think I have found the file "195G ./\CODA4582\diska1\Nas Backup"
Run as root rm -rf ./\CODA4582\diska1\Nas Backup and it will delete it.
And after doing this show us how you set up rsync so we can tell you why it went wrong.
First thing: Linux uses slashes not back-slashes to seperate directories.
I cant seem to delete the file using your "rm -rf ./\CODA4582\diska1\Nas Backup"

This is one reason why, especially new users, should be encouraged to use the rsync plugin vs the command line. It avoids this mess.

you're probably typing the path wrong due to the space between "NAS" and "Backup" My guess is that is why the rsync job screwed up as well
Try this, type the first few characters like below, then hit tab to auto complete the path...
rm -rf ./\C then hit tab to autocomplete the path,
See if you can remove it then.
Tab does nothing outside of windows giving me a bell sound
Tab does nothing outside of windows giving me a bell sound
did you type the first few characters of the path? The only way tab wouldn't work is if you're not typing the first few characters correctly.
If there's multiple paths that start with the same character, you'll be shown your options....Note line 17 below. I typed cd ./ and then hit tab, and it showed me all the directories that start with ./ and dropped me back to the prompt. I decided I wanted to change to "./NAS" So I typed N, hit tab and it auto completed and I changed just fine (you can't tell I auto completed, you'll just have to trust me..lol).

After trying a few times and different ways i did manage to get the tab working with cd
But the problem I'm having its like the file I want to delete does not exist so the tab wont work.

Please cd /
then once there,
cd ./ (then hit tab)
