Did you activate the Trial run button? I hope you haven't deleted the data in any of the tests you've done. Check it please.
WARNING
Be very careful with the tests you are doing. If you make a mistake in any of them, you could delete the data. Always activate the Trial run button until you are sure that the result of the task is as expected.

I'm careful on that matter.

Alright. Let's go step by step.
On machine A:
- In Services|Rsync|Server|Settings Click enabled and configure the port (default 873)
- In Services|Rsync|Server|Modules Create an rsync module. You must make sure:
1. Activate the module.
2. Select the appropriate folder containing the data. Movies.
3. Give the rsync module a name, this name is what server B will use to access the module. Movies.
4. Set up a user who has at least read permission on that shared folder. milenkovski
5. In the users field, click + and configure the username and password. milenkovski and milenkovski's password
6. Activate the Authenticate users button.
7. Leave the Hosts allow field blank.
On machine B:
Create a task with the following parameters:
Type: Remote
Mode: pull
Source Server: rsync://milenkovski@192.168.2.200:873/Movies
Destination shared folder: Choose a folder to write the data to server B.
Authentication: Password
Password: Write here the password of the user milenkovski of server A
Activate the following buttons: Trial run, Archive mode, Recurse into directories, Preserve permissions, Preserve modification times, Preserve group, Preserve owner.
Disable the rest of the buttons and execute the task.
-
Be careful with capital letters. movies and Movies are two different folders in linux.

Thanks. I;ll do exactly that and report back tomorrow. I'm an old man and should rest.
Ok, I have to leave the forum now too. Tomorrow I will read it. Hopefully you'll tell me it's working now.

Good that I spent time with my servers. I found folder structure problems and other non regular things. Everything worked as expected. I have never checked archive mode before because I thought that archive mode is a kind of compressed data, so...
You are welcome
I'm glad you solved it. Here is the meaning of file mode. https://www.samba.org/ftp/rsync/rsync.html#opt--archive
