Well, your kernel log shows:

Are you aware you have promiscuous mode enabled? Have you tried disabling it to see if that's the problem?

Also, use a pastebin for your logs.. a lot of folks aren't gonna download and open a zip file.

I turned it off with the command:
ifconfig eth0 -promisc
Now for the noob question. What is promiscuous mode and what does it do? I don't recall enabling it.
I think virtualbox enables it. I don't think that should be causing you problems. My main server has promiscuous mode messages (it is running virtualbox) and has no issues.

I don't think so either, but since the log was giving a warning about it..
