Merry Christmas everyone!
I have a new setup on my Raspberry Pi3, 16Gb flash and 3TB usb powered disk for storage. My plan (for now) is using it as a Plex Server and SMB shares.
My problem is, that I want to be able to copy files directly from Win10 to the USB storage disk from time to time. I thought NTFS was a good choise, but then I read about some performance issues with Linux and NTFS. On the other hand, with only USB2 ports and 100Mbit ethernet, the Pi3 hardware may be what limits the speed anyway?
What benefits will I get if I choose EXT4?
Thanks in advance
