you need to aply the plus sign to enter the desired values
-
Thanks, but I only forget it in the screenshot. In my test, it was applied.

do you try in Bridge mode and add 8081, 8082, 8083 & 8084 ports?
Perhaps works
Please revise logs and post to read it:

Try to put „-it“ in the „extra arguments“, you must start the container privileged, if you want to use usb devises and bridge mode like the others said

Thanks for your help. What does this extra argument do exactly?
With this extra argument it stucks at starting avahi-deamon.
My prefered mode will be host and I don't need any USB-Devices so I don't have toi run it privileged, right? (I also try to run it privileged but that doesn't makes any difference). -

Do you get into the iobroker webinterface?

No I don't. It doesn't start up.
Docker does'nt write anything in my mapped folder, so I thought that maybe there is a problem with the permission. But the Docker is run via my Admin-Account so I think there should be no problem. -
Are you in Bridge-mode and have put in the ports 8081, 8082, 8083 & 8084 with tcp?

But the Docker is run via my Admin-Account so I think there should be no problem. The buanet/iobroker does not write in the mapped folder. You must copy an existing iobroker installation into it, i think. See the docu of buanet!

Here is my configuration! But beware i mapped 8081 to 8091 because i use 8081 for another container. So you must map 8081 to 8081, if you dont use it for other applications!

If I don't map a folder and run iobroker in host mode plus the extra argument -it I can reach the iobroker-Site.
So now I have to look how to get the files in a persitant folder. -
Yeah, thats the way! U can map your folder on your nas to f.e. /opt/share at first. After starting the container u go into the container console and copy the content of /opt/iobroker to /opt/share!
Than modify the container and map to /opt/iobroker!Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

Thats what I try. But when I use the "Run cmd" and try "cd" it fails
"OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed: container_linux.go:345: starting container process caused "exec: \"cd\": executable file not found in $PATH": unknown"
If I try "dir" there is no folder like "opt" or is this the root-folder?
-
-
Thanks but I already got it directly in the OMV-Interface.
"opt" was the root-folder so I execute the commands directly, copied the files, remap the folder finaly to "/opt/iobroker" and that's it.
I also try to kill the container to see, if it is persitant and it is.Thank you very much for your help, I don't think I realize this on my own.
Have a nice evening

Hi,
I also tried to get this working in the past without success.
V3 is now out and you don't need to copy the data manually any more. This is done by the startscript.
Container was up and running in no time using macvlan
Cheers,
toppi
