Convert Plugin to Docker (duplicati, syncthing)

Hello, I am using OMV 4.x, and have Duplicati and Syncthing plugins installed. I would like to run them as Docker containers instead. Is there a process or steps to migrate from plugin to Docker?

For duplicati:

export your backup jobs
set up duplicati in docker [How-To] Install Duplicati container using OMV and docker-compose (CLI or Portainer)
import your backup jobs
check the imported jobs (path of the source folder; scheduling of jobs was missing in my case (might have been my fault))
finish rest of the configuration (e.g. email notification)
test
done
