locked out of OMV5 Permissions issues!

Hi first time user here.. please be nice I am just a beginner with Linux .

I found myself locked out of my OMV5 server..

Since a couple days where I changed my local router setup (with new ip's)

I was having issues with trying to update OMV5.. having errors to access packages.. Then plex became inaccessible..

Now I cannot go deeper into the web GUI .apart from the user management field.

Or even in Putty the server keep asking for a user and password.

the admin and the user do not work..!

the data drive are still accessible in windows....

The system is an I5 shuttle computer with an ssd (system) and 4 drive in a raid 5 array..

I run PLEX in a container in Portainer.

the main user is john which I added to the SSH group at creation!

I had no problem until now to access thru the web interface or Putty..

whether Using john or admin.

But now, the only access I have is to the the user management!.

and also I have no problem accessing my windows shared folders.

I obviously could attach a screen mouse and keyboard and access the main server directly.. It's just That I dont know where to go from there to reclaim my user rights?

I also have another OMV5 server on the same network which was configured almost the same and that one works fine. could I use that to help out..

the problem started out after I changed my internal network with a new router and IP range.. First I noticed I couldn't update the system .. then I got locked out!
