And after that i run
ls -R /usr/share/initramfs-tools/*|grep ^md
i get no such file or directory
2 minutes + boot time OMV 6

Here is my output.
~# ls -R /usr/share/initramfs-tools/*|grep ^md
mdadm
mdadm
mdadm
So something is not right. You might try this.
dpkg-reconfigure initramfs-tools
Not sure this is the best way to do it.

do you guy think i should give up and reinstall omv 6?
-
The command was still wrong. You deleted the directory /usr/share/initramfs-tools/* which is used to create the initial ramdisk.
If you do not have a backup, you should reinstall
I think jodumont wanted you to delete somw files containinf mdadm in the name and recreate the initial ramdisk, but I am not sure.

FYI
ls -la /boot
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 53701083 Mar 7 08:18 initrd.img-5.15.0-0.bpo.3-amd64
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 58800550 Apr 5 08:43 initrd.img-5.16.0-0.bpo.4-amd64

below is my initrd img size

The problem is not with the size of the ram disk file but something with the code interacting with your hardware (waiting for timeout, ...)
You will have to learn how to debug the initial ram disk.
Can you try to boot a debian netinstall without OMV? This should yeald the same results. -
-
can you show me how ....or point me a direction to it?
-
do you guys think that if i put a gpu into the system would make it faster to boot...
