Hello everyone!
I'd like to use this first post to thank the contributors for the great work they've done for years on OMV!
I would like to point out that English is not my mother tongue, I use deepl.com/translator; I hope it will be understandable.
My version of OMV is the following:
6.0.37-1
Linux 5.18.0-0.deb11.3-amd64
I have a problem after removal of a defective disk (thanks S.MA.R.T).
I have disabled Samba, removed the faulty disk after copying the data. > OK
I deleted the shared folder. > OK
But in the file system, when I want to unmount the volume it's hell !
I validate the confirmation (normal) but then the system crashes with the error (502 bad Gateway).
After a forced reboot, OMV asks me again to validate the change with the same result. The whole system becomes unstable and I receive the following message by email notification:
Service: mountpoint_srv_dev-disk-by-uuid-8c031205-3548-4edb-86a3-76b917e80662
Event: Status failed
Description: status failed (1) -- /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-8c031205-3548-4edb-86a3-76b917e80662 is not a mountpoint
I can't validate or cancel the change, the system always crashes.
I have SSH access but I don't know what to do to remove the traces of the old disk and recover a stable system....
I have looked at a few posts on the forum about the 502 error but have not found a solution.
I only have the basics in Linux, so your help will be precious to avoid errors.
Thanks for your help!
