Currently I can login via GUI in my browser but when I click on network I get a software failure message. Reboot didn't help.
I can't login via putty. But I can login via WinSCP and I can update the server.

Please run journalctl -f in the CLI before clicking on the network page in the UI. Hopefully there are some useful information in the logs why it crashes.
Alternatively go to the CLI and run the following commands before visiting the network page in the UI. Are thera re useful error information?
Code# monit stop omv-engined # omv-engined -d -fAfterwards stop the foreground process with CTRL-C and run monit restart omv-engined.

Not sure. It does mean you have some corruption but I would run smartctl -a for the drive in question.
