for me , comodity, no need to manually refresh IP, and eat low resources ( not notieceables).
Or just make a cron job to ping DuckDNS on a timely fashion.
Duck DNS - install (www.duckdns.org)
Why a container?
I was more just curious, wondering why a container. Thought I was missing some benefit.

Only "benefit".. I can think of (and this would be in the eye of the beholder)...
if you use the Container, it automatically updates your IP address every 5min. Some might view this as excessive (I'd probably include myself in this category).
A cron job, you can schedule to update at any interval you like
Obviously if you bypass both.. your IP does not automatically update on the website, so if your IP address is not static, you would have to log in to your account and manually update your IP
Ah ok! I use DuckDNS for SWAG (like many) but have a static ip so just using their www will suffice.
