wireguard Ipv6

I'm trying to set up wireguard using Ipv6 (long story short, I moved in an area where I can only use mobile broadband, IPV4 is not publicly accessible but Ipv6 is)

I'm at the point where I have a functioning Ipv6 address and this is publicly available, using DuckDNS I can see that my ip address is correctly forwarded to the system

any idea on how to configure wireguard to work with Ipv6? the plugin seems to be designed to work with Ipv4 only. I tried to manually configure the files but these are re-set once the system is rebooted.

I can confirm that my Lan works in Ipv4.

For the router WAN, I have a public Ipv6 address which should be able to reach from outside, and an Ipv4 address which appears to be behind cgnat.

No luck... It doesn't work. I'm trying a few things but I'm stuck at the moment
