4 AM (in the morning) IF there is a new update.
If you installed the update yesterday and there is no new update you will not receive a mail.
Tonight I received mail from my server.
Now i have get this email:

No. The mail is being automatically send from the server (if it is running)
In the night, when i sleep, i have shutdown the OMV 5 system.
I this the problem?
Yes, then you will not receive the mail.
And if i start, the OMV new, when i get the notification email?
I think the mail will be send 5 min after system restart triggered by anacron.

I received two, as I still had apticron installed, at least it's resolved

On the webpage, go to the "Diagnostics-> System Logs-> Syslog" and go to 4 am:

If the server is not running at 4 AM, the job will not be executed by cron, but has to be executed by anacron.
What is the output of
