I'll keep it short. I am new to all this and I need help making playlist for miniDLNA server. Any help will be much appreciated.

Sorry, no idea. But the plugin is using minidlna from the Debian repo. So any solution you find for Debian will work on OMV as well.
I assume there is no support for playlists from the plugin.

The playlist is maintained on the DLNA client, not on the server.

Say for instance if you have Airsonic set up and then activate the DLNA plugin, and set up your Airsonic shared folder for it, it is possible to create playlists from within the Airsonic server and the DLNA server might recognize them. But I agree with ananas, that playlists are usually created on the client side, such as Kodi or Roku Media Player.
