Hello im having loads of DNS quarys comming from OMV to cloudfront.net like 40k+ (per day) is this normal or can this come from per exemple https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv a list i use in jellyfin for iptv?

Easy to find out. Stop Jellyfin and check if the logging stops.
