Why?
I have one 64gb USB pen drive free.
It is bigger then SD card and I think it is more safe to use it then SD card for OS and data. Am i wrong?

The OS doesn't need that much space and data should be stored on a data drive not the OS drive. With the flashmemory plugin installed, an SD card should last a long time. So, I would avoid going down the route of running from the usb stick.
i am having the same problem, the web interface fails, i cannot find an older version of OMV that actually Works

An older version isn't the solution. What system are you using? Need more details. Have you tried any of the solutions the recent threads about this?

Now my sd card have boot partition, os partition cca 7,5gb and 3rd partition that not in use for now. Is 7,5 gb ok for os and programs/addons? If not how can I resize this partition to the rest of sd card?
I will us usb pen drive for data.
Is 7,5 gb ok for os and programs/addons?
Yep. That is why we leave it at that size.
What Can I do with 3rd partition?
Minitool partition wizard see 3rd partition as Primary and File sistema as Other.
Can I format this partition in ext4 and set it as Primary (or Logical) for data storage?

If it is formatted, the filesystems tab in OMV will see it and allow you to mount it. You could also remove it and grow the OS partition.
What program can do that?
Minitool partition wizard wont.
to create a filesystem from CLI for example
mkfs.ext4 /dev/mmcblk0p3
make sure it is the right partition
grow the OS partition
that can be done with GParted (either from a live linux distro or on a linux system)
I was trying boot from usb flash drive with no luck.
My idea is to buy ssd and boot omv4 from it.
Do I need edit some config or wath?
OTP programing to boot from usb is done.
EDIT:
Is Odroid HC1 (or HC 2) good option for OMV4 ?
I think Odroid HC2 is the best for my nas.
I see some problems with HC2 like problems with grounding, lose connection with lan, or sometimes do not recognize hdd.
Is this fixed?
Is this related with Odroid recomended power supply (12V 2A)?

I do not have these problems (actually have not heard of them from others).
sometimes do not recognize hdd
Yes, I do have this problem. Solved by mount -a as scheduled job at reboot. Since then, no problem.

The only problems I had was that the hdds spun down too fast and hdparm (physical properties for the disk in OMV) is incompatible with some hdds. I updated the firmware for SATA and changed spin down time to 30 minutes and stay away from the editing the properties of the hdd. And everything works fine.
I use a 20A psu. (For 5 HC2, switch, fan and wifi mesh unit.) But I think 2A should be fine.
