Hello!
I`ve got an i3 2100 on an Intel DQ67EP mainboard, 4GB DDR3 and currently all 4 SATA ports are busy, due to 32GB SSD for OMV, 1x 2,5" 1TB HDD ans 2x 3,5" 3TB HDD
My intension was to put another HDD in my NAS and I got a ORICO PAS3064-2S2E for cheap and I wanted it to sit in the PCIe X16 slot.
I checked the functionality in Win 7...it works flawlessly. (PCIe slot on the Win 7 PC, identical mainboard and CPU!)
But, I can`t get it to work in OMV. OMV doesn`t even boot up...
the following appears on screen:
ata9.00 status: { DRDY }
ata9.00 exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x8 SErr 0x0 action 0x6 frozen
ata9.00 failed command : READ FPDMA QUEUED
ata9.00 cmd 60/08:28:a8:a3:50/00:00:5d:01:00/40 tag 5 ncq dmain
ata9.00 res ....(a lot of stuff similar to above).... Emask 0x4 /tim
If I don`t connect a harddrive to the Orico, everything works fine.
Can anybody explain why this is happening and how I can solve this problem?
Thank you in advance,
Petey
