Was ist pi-hole ?
Just a potential cause of DNS issues.
If you don't use it, forget it about it (at least until you have solved your Docker issue)
Ok. Setting my dns to 8.8.8.8 worked. Thank you guys.
8.8.8.8 is google. Not everybody likes to send all their request to them.
But at least it is working.
Yes, again thank you.
Well i am running into this issue also got 2 sd backup from days apart one with no issue in term of docker update but all of sudden getting some errors in airsonic basically broken with a lot of Java error

I tried a new i airsonic install same problem
on the other backup Airsonic is working perfectly but I need to update my letsencrypt docker since the image is depreciated, but I am running into the search find no docker
Catch 22 situation!
Im running into the excact same problem, I´ve spent hours trying to figure this out, and tried all the things mentioned in this thread, also changing DNS to the router ip with and without 1.1.1.1 as secondary. Also tried 8.8.8.8 but I nothing seems to be working. Is there anyone who can help me figure this out, I´m getting so frustrated!!!
Seems there are sveral problems mentioned in this thread. Will be better, if you describe your problem.
Thanks for responding so quickly macom. Should have mentioned, it´s the same problem as the guy/girl starting this thread. When I search in Docker I get no results what so ever. I´m trying to upgrade Emby but without result. There is probably something I am missing but can´t seem to figure out what. I´m not that good when it comes to OMV
Please see attached image
Are you able to update OMV from the GUI? Any messages?
I updated OMV yesterday, so now when I go to "Update management" there are no new updates, and I get no messages when pressing "Check" in "Update management".
I´m running the ipv4 static, not DHCP and the ipv6 is disabled, have no idea if those informations helps
Have you tried restarting your server?
Thanks for the input TDL, I´ve tried restarting the server several times, turning of my router several times also, tried logging on OMV from Edge and Chrome (Chrome being my default browser), also ignito mode like some recommended, tried switching between ipv4 static and DHCP, but nothing has worked so far and it´s driving me crazy
ssh into OMV and run dig google.com
ssh into OMV and run dig google.com
Before I changed the ipv4 from static to DHCP, the command "dig google.com" resulted in this message:
-bash: dig: command not found
However after changing to DHCP I was able to install the "dnsutils" and when typing the "dig google.com" command I get this:
; <<>> DiG 9.10.3-P4-Debian <<>> google.com

My apologies should have said to install dnsutils, the above output confirms using DHCP you have internet access using your routers DNS proxy.
Staying with DHCP what's the output of apt-get update from the cli

Searching the forum for the above check your system time and enable ntp.
I did what you recommended geaves: "Searching the forum for the above check your system time and enable ntp."
And found out that I had to change my time and date. This actually works, I did not enable the npt but just corrected time and date. And now everything works as a charm.
Thanks everybody for chipping in and helping me resolve my problem, really appreciate.
Enabling ntp will keep the system up to date with having to manually change it.
