Can you share a good tutorial or any link if you are aware about, on how to access SFTP on windows.
I did it with SMB but my ISP has blocked that service. I would like to use Map Network Drive/ Add a network location on windows with SFTP, if at all possible.

manual is really simple, you need to know the port of your SSH service (typicall 22), then redirect on your router to any external port ej 2222
then you only need to install winscp on your windows machine, and start it, first time you need to define a remote site to connnect, use the redirected port (eg:2222), then you can use root as user and your root password, and you can see all your OMV filesystem,
start with that.
once works fine and you are familiar with winscp interface, you can use other pair user/password to see only your data disk ( in fact the home directory for your user, but home can be your data or video path ).

better to have a service/docker like duckdns to have a URL that point to your external IP, so you can configure WinSCP to access to mydomain.duckdns.org instead of 10.12.45.234 for example

Hey as you suggested I am using SFTP and I am able to access home directory using WinSCP. I have only 1 user on raspberry pi. But I have multiple users setup on OpenMediaVault with access to different directories. In WinSCP when I login with 'pi' user, I am able to access Raspberry Pi's home directory. When I login with user created in OpenMediaVault, WinSCP shows Access Denied. Can you please help? I am actually new to this.
sorry, no help because I do not use several users, only root, I do not know how to solve, but i suspect that enable /home must be needed.

Did you manage to find a solution?
For your users to only see selected folder not the whole dir /
An easy way is to run sftp and chroot jail that folder.
