OK. Now OMV runs on the flashdrive. Expert options -icds will remember that.
But there is a reference on first partition of the old drive. Where is it referenced? Looked around but...

I want to unmount the ssd and 1 partition, boot partition I suppose, is referenced. I disconnected it because of the same mountpoint.

Check if there is a shared folder pointing at that partition.
Otherwise it could be referenced in SMART.

OK. Found it. Thanks. Now I can make another clone on second usb and just plug it in case of system failure.

If you have two (or more) disks in the same machine that have the same filesystem UUIDs, you can expect to have problems.
